Q:
I do not have my password or login information. Where can I get it?
A:
You should have received two separate e-mails. One will contain your user
name information. The other will contain your password. If these e-mails are not
in your inbox, try looking in your “junk” or “spam” folders. Some e-mail
programs automatically route unknown e-mails to those folders. If you still
can't locate these e-mails, please contact the Providence Health Plans Sales
Team at 503-574-6300 or toll free at 877-245-4077.
Q:
I am having trouble logging in.
I have my user name and password, but it’s not working.
A:
Try using the “copy and paste” functions to copy your user name and
password information from your original e-mails. Your user name should be your
FIRST NAME and LAST NAME with no spaces. Copying directly from your e-mail will
help if there was a typo or other transcription error.
If your browser is “auto-completing” your user name and password entry, try
entering them directly or copying the information from your original e-mails.
You should also make sure that your computer meets the system requirements for
this portion of the site:

Q:
I can’t get the “forgot my password” link to work. I’ve lost my original e-mails, and I
have no idea what my password is.
A:
The “forgot my password” link only works after you have successfully
logged in once. If you have logged in before and you are trying to use that
link, be sure to check your “junk” or “spam” folders in case the e-mail has been
routed there. Please note that the e-mail containing your password/password
reminder can take as long as thirty minutes to arrive.
If you have not logged in before and you cannot find your original user name and
password e-mails, please contact the Providence Health Plans Sales Team at
503-574-6300 or toll free at 877-245-4077.
Q:
I am confident that I am using the correct user name and password and the
system seems to accept it, but there are strange pauses and things don’t work as
expected.
A:
